the hairstyle is breathtaking, the colours, angle, light, background, the jeans, hot guy's topless body, <3 <3 <3  ah you're brave shooting in the water. I dropped my camera recently in a stream.. bad times

I get the feeling that the pose is a touch strained as well - he could have been standing there like that a bit too long.
The lighting of the hair is great - too many portraits go flat due to poor backlighting. The tonal quality of the model is also excellent.
